Habit can contribute to who we are in life, how we do things. It affects our attitude and character either negatively or positively. What we do everyday defines who we are and where we are going in life. Just studying a person day to day activities you can tell a lot about that person and where such a person is going in life.

SO HERE ARE 7 POSITIVE HABITS THAT LEADS YOU TO THE ROAD OF SUCCESS.

7 HABITS YOU SHOULD FORM EVERYDAY.

1 GET UP EARLY.

Getting up an hour earlier is going to take time to adjust to, but once you make it a habit, you will never look back. Research has shown not only are early rises more optimistic and conscientious, they also anticipate problems and minimize them more efficiently which of course is crucial to success in the business world.

2 VISUALIZE AND PLAN YOUR DAY.

Enjoy a quiet time and take some time to map out and plan your day. Think through your goals and to-dos. You can also take notes to ensure your day will be calmer and more efficient. Taking some minutes to visualize and plan your day can improve your mood and clarify for the entire day ahead.

3 EXERCISE AND EAT BREAKFAST.

I know you be wondering what this has to do with been positive and successful. But remember health is wealth. You have to learn how to take good care of your body and also your health, fitness is also key to been successful.
Time is a luxury, enjoy it and feed yourself a wholesome breakfast. Exercise is good for your body it makes you more efficient and agile. Working out in the morning and having a steady breakfast will help you maintain a steady focus throughout the day.

4 CHOOSE A POSITIVE ATTITUDE.

Adopt a positive attitude in everything that you do. Develop a positive habit in your day to day activities that will create a very good energy for you throughout that day. Given the variable that can influence your chances of an achieving success, it is crucial that you take control of your own outlook and use positively, as a way of identifying opportunities.

5 BE COMMITTED.

Although waking up just one morning with a proactive and positive outlook is to be encouraged, it mean little if you are unable to commit to this every other single day. Recommitting to your routine and the pursuit of your goals is crucial to achieving success, otherwise the pressures of everyday life can divert your focus. While this requires tremendous drive and strength of character, it will ultimately empower you to be successful over a prolonged period of time. Make a habit to be committed.

6 BE FOCUSED.

Never lose sight of your goals. Your eyes should be firmly glued on your target or end result. Don’t deviate from achieving that goal, whatever your goal is in life, always try everything to develop a habit of staying focus. The more focus you are in achieving your goals; the more likely you are to nail it.

7 DETERMINE YOUR ENVIRONMENT.

It’s essential to surround yourself with honest, smart and hardworking people who share your dream. You want people with the same positive attitude who are equally as determined and focus as you. Having a diverse and mixed groups of friends is all well and good, but it is imperative that individual with your social circles share a similar goal with you. Some friends have the tendency to draw focus and distract you from your goals, you may need to make a choice between pursuing success and settling for your existing lifestyle. Your friends also determine the kind of habits you exhibit.

I will round this up by also including that going to bed early and getting the proper amount of sleep is critical to not only your mental health and creativity but to weight control. Getting the proper sleep your body needs sets you up for success in everything else you want to achieve in life. So rest up, you have much to accomplish tomorrow.

After giving us 7 positive habits you can form, let’s take a look at 7 negative habits we can also form. Before i learned how to change habits, I was stuck. i kept trying to change to various habits like- eating healthier, working out, spending less and saving more, avoiding procrastination but i kept failing. Looking back to those days, I now know that i did everything wrong. And while am actually a fan of failing as a method for learning how to get better at something quickly, if you're not learning from your failures, it’s not useful. Pursuing success isn’t just about doing what works; it’s about avoiding what doesn't. If you indulge yourself with the following 7 habits, it will ruin your life and future.
